The cottage was originally built as a Granny flat, attached to the owners’ bungalow. It sleeps 2-5 and a cot can be provided on request.

- There is an extra large family bedroom with one double bed, one single bed and a full size fold up bed. The second bedroom has a double bed. There are polyester filled duvets on all of the beds and linen is provided.
- The bathroom is equipped with a shower over bath, washbasin and toilet. There is also a separate shower room with another toilet and washbasin. Towels are not provided.
- The large well furnished lounge (with colour television) has a conservatory that leads to the garden.
- The kitchen is well equipped with a breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave oven and electric cooker.
- The hot water is heated by an overnight immersion heater and radiator provide central heating. Electricity is by £1 coin meter.
